This CD-ROM provides students with additional guidance in setting up their own fitness program. It includes descriptions, still photos, and "quick time" movies of tests for all parts of fitness, and a fitness profile which allows scores from all fitness tests to be entered and a fitness profile printed. Descriptions, still photos, and "quick time" movies describe exercises by each body party and for each type of fitness (with the muscles used highlighted for easy reference). In addition, there are descriptions, still photos, and "quick time" movies that describe each of the alternate exercises that can be substituted for more "questionable exercises."
