Summary: Very good book
Comment: In a nutshell:
I think that the book is very good, covers many programs and techniques for increasing strength and muscle mass. What I found lacking is that it does not discuss nutrition at all, so if you wanna know all there is to know about gaining muscle mass (for example), you'll have to read another book with it. Other than that, it's very thorough. A good book.

Summary: Awesome Book
Comment: This book breaks down exercises by muscle groups and even gives you several different workouts depending on what you're targeting: strength, endurance, or size. This is a great book and exactly what I was looking for to tune a workout. I bought this and Strength Training Anatomy and both are great. Worth the money and I highly recommend these books if you'd like to fine tune your workout.

Summary: Great book!
Comment: This book is by far the best weight training book I've purchased. This book is the only weight training book you will ever have to buy. Not only does it give you several workouts, but also gives you rationale behind why it works. You could design your own workout from the information given in this book!
