Summary: A must-have for ANY woman
Comment: I recently purchased this book for my mother, after purchasing and LOVING sherman-wolin's book "Smart Girls Do Dumbbells". I flipped through the pages before giving this gift and was amazed by the wealth of information and the upbeat, positive message. Needless to say, my mom loved it. Sherman-Wolin has again managed to make exercising both fun, and informative. With so many "workout" books on the market, her unique feminine spin is refreshing and needed. Women ARE different than men, and they must exersize differently as well. Sherman-Wolin shows you how. I'd recommend this book to ANY woman, regardless of age (or biological clock ;) ). Menopausal women will (OBVIOUSLY) find this book especially helpful.
