Summary: Great book - lots of valuable information
Comment: I had to buy this book as part of a college course curriculum.

This is an excellent book for learning good healthy habits in all areas of your life. The Behavior Change Logbook and Wellness Journal which comes with it is an excellent tool for evaluating and attempting to change unhealthy behaviors from smoking/drinking to not exercising.

It is a full color book with lots of illustrations which help to get through some of the seemingly boring topics.

I liked the fact that it has a lot of background information as to why the habits it talks about are healthy. There is a lot of biology/physiology/etc. that is intertwined into the subject matter. I am definitely a 'why' kind of person, I like to know why something is good or bad for me or why you are telling me to do a particular thing. This book is really great for why people. It answers a lot of questions and gives many really great healthy suggestions for living a very satisfying long life.
