Comment: This book provides thorough descriptions of the Nautilus line of strength equipment. It also provides a 6 month training program using Westcott's technique of single set exercises for each body part. I have actually worked with Dr. Westcott and have experienced firsthand the positive benefits it yields on previously untrained people. Westcott has done extensive research with the Nautilus equipment and this book passes along what was learned from his studies.
