Louise Currie Good's Hollywood career spanned the decade of the 1940s, She appeared in about a half dozen westerns, and a few low budget horror flicks starring Bela Lugosi as well as working in several of the Columbia Pictures shorts. However, Currie is best remembered as the heroine in two classic cliffhangers, THE ADVENTURES OF CAPTAIN MARVEL (Republic, 1941) and THE MASKED MARVEL (Republic, 1943). Retiring from the screen around 1950, Currie became a successful fashion designer. In this book, health and fitness expert, Jean Pierre Marques, examines how Mrs. Good has applied a regimen of diet and exercise, together with a positive mental attitude and stress management, to lead a healthy, fulfilling life into her late eighties. Her outlook on life and health is revealed through interviews with Mrs. Good and her family members.
