As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. Its a wonderful start to your day and you need lesser quantity of your breakfast drink afterwards. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and lubricates the inside of your body. You may still have your morning cup of tea but have it after your water. Its good for you." 50 to 55% of your diet should be carbohydrates. It is a myth that you should avoid carbohydrates when you are on a diet. Rather the other way around, I should say.
